Odyssey Works offers experience-design-centered activities that include, but are not limited to:
- Transformative Performances (“Odysseys”) — bespoke, immersive experiences crafted for individuals or small groups;
- Educational Programs — the Experience Design Certificate Program, short courses, master classes, and workshops for creatives, professionals, and institutions;
- Consulting & Corporate Workshops — strategic experience-design consulting, team trainings, and custom engagements for organizations;
- Community Platforms & Events — the Library of Experiences, online community forums, and in-person gatherings such as the annual Family Reunion;
- Publications & Digital Resources — books, guides, and other media exploring the theory and practice of experience design.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree:
- not to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
- not to impersonate any person or entity;
- not to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or related platforms;
- to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested (e.g., program applications or event registrations).
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Pricing and Promotions
Prices for programs, consulting engagements, publications, and events are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers may carry separate terms that will be displayed with the offer.
5. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third parties for payment processing, event hosting, or other operational support. Odyssey Works is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services. You should review the terms and policies of any third-party provider before proceeding.

All content on our website and within our programs—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, and software—is owned by or licensed to Odyssey Works and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
